We do not use personal information that was obtained in connection with one purpose for any other purpose, unless authorised by you. Information is held securely and only by Polypack staff.

We may on occasions ask you for feedback on the service or ask you if you would like to be involved in research studies involving the Polypack.

Delivery Schedule

It should take no more than 5 working days for you to receive your order after both the presciption and payment have been received. Orders are dispatched by courier and a signature is required on delivery. If you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please contact us and we can track it.

Returns Policy

As the Polypack consists of prescription medicines, there can be no returns except in the case of the order being incorrect.
